Choose Love

"Stay in the flow, its important right now as we are moving into an expanded shift.. trust that all will unfold in DIVINE order! ♥" ~ Valerie A. Elster

The energy vibration of us is expanding at an increasingly accelerated rate at this time in history. Think of it like the centripetal force of a ball attached to a rope, tied to a pole and wrapping around the pole quickly while the rope is becoming shorter. We are all at varied conditions of consciousness represented by where we are located along the rope and at the ball.

The speed of the orbiting around the pole and the speed at which the ball approaches the center increases as the rope shortens. Since we exist or are at varied conditions of consciousness or at points of awakening along the rope and at the ball, we are each approaching the center at different rates and times.

The end of the cycle is a phenomenal awakening that becomes the epitome of the consciousness or reality that we've been entertaining most often. The question is, on what are we focusing, and do we want more of it?

The opportunity is to choose Love as often as possible along the way. ♥

What Is Common Sense?

3/20/2014

"Common sense might not be what we think it is. In fact, we might not want to apply it automatically. Use with caution. "

Common sense is a normal, average, common or ordinary way of thinking, addressing what is commonly understood and/or typically expected by a population of two or more people. Common sense is often mistakenly defined or described as native wit, albeit native wit is a tool we might use to apply common sense. Common sense thinking is a way of thinking or approaching matters that appears to be practical or logical for a particular set of circumstances or to solve a problem.

However, it is not necessarily appropriate or advantageous to practice or to apply or to rely on common sense because the common sense of a population of people can be inaccurate, misguided by misunderstandings, illusions, and/or delusions of
Teaching Common Sense
Common Sense Evolves
and/or perpetrated against the general population. There is value to understand or to be familiar with what is the common sense of the people, e.g. what is common to them, ordinarily understood to be true or considered to be logical and valid.

"...the Common Core standards initiative in education is an aggressive method designed to cause massive shifts in the common sense of the population for marketing, creating a particular mindset for problem solving and some not-so-nice purposes, perhaps."

Likewise, certain societies or special interest groups teach, train and condition us to have a particular common sense depending on their goals and objectives via advertising,  propaganda, drugs, chemical permeation/poisoning, desensitization and other methods pervasively. For example, the Common Core standards initiative in education is an aggressive method designed to cause massive shifts in the common sense of the population for marketing, creating a particular mindset for problem solving and some not-so-nice purposes, perhaps. Common sense evolves. Therefore, it is beneficial to have "extraordinary sense", as well. ♥

The Ten Commandments - A Perspective

"We recognize The Ten Commandments. They are not the Ten Commands. They are neither the Ten Demands nor The Ten Demandments...."

Invitation: In the explorations that we pursue together, I invite us to try on the precepts like a coat and see how it looks and feels. We might have to move around a bit to get the feel of it. Likewise, there is an opportunity to look at it in the mirror and notice how it becomes us. In the exploration, we consider the following as if it were true, whether or not it is.

The Ten CommandmentsClick for: The Ten (10) Commandments – Were They Really 10 Or 13?
Thank you for joining me to consider a perspective on The Ten Commandments. Many believe that there are more than ten commandments. This article is not an exploration about the quantity of the commandments. Rather, this is an exploration into the substance, character and purpose of the list, regardless of the number of commandments it contains and regardless of the particular content of each commandment. This article is about the purpose and benefits of having the list. Thank you for joining me to consider the following.

By definition, there is no loving God figure or genuine divinely guided person or other manifestation that will condemn, punish, ridicule or judge anything. Likewise, one will not demand anything. Love does not demand, control, manipulate, threaten nor cajole. Divine love occurs unconditionally. That means without judgement and without exception.

Imagine that all genuinely divinable communications are tools to guide us and prompt us to remember who and what we are - to awaken our divine consciousness and experience our greatness that comes with it.

Divine Love occurs unconditionally only. In that, it dwells one way only. It provides a space that allows free being, lovingly and forgivingly. It provides a venue for acceptance, peace, joy, wellness and celebration to occur. The space includes abundance and an acknowledgment and experience that all is perfectly well. That is all it does.

That said, we continue with a semantic and ontological exploration of The Ten Commandments.

We recognize The Ten Commandments. They are not the Ten Commands. They are neither the Ten Demands nor The Ten Demandments.

To command is to cause a reaction or by-product. In this respect, we do not command anything to act as if by demand. To command does not equal to demand. Rather when we command or when we are commanding, we are causing enrollment such that the people and things around us align, make choices or become a certain way because of their experience of our being. We do not command like a demand. Rather, our way of being precipitates or catalyzes a becoming.

Therefore commanding is actually causing a form of natural selection or enrollment that is motivated by how we are being when we engage.

Our mode of operating in the world commands or causes an alignment of consequences. We cause particular enrollments and conditions to prevail. That is the commanding, the causing of the thing. We cause things by whom and what we are in the matter of anything. This is the Law of Attraction.

Therefore, the commandments are the things or the conditions that we manifest by who we are or by how we are being. We evolve commandments into being. They include certain prevailing natural inclinations, which I hypothesize, includes the checklist of precipitated inclinations, which we call The Ten Commandments.

In other words, The Ten Commandments are a list of desired symptoms or outcomes intended to remind us to be a way that precipitates them. Therefore, we present the commandments to ourselves as a reference or meter to determine our condition, our status as loving beings.

The Ten Commandments serve as a gauge to see how we are doing - to notice what we are producing. They are not a list of things to do like rules. They are not demands. They are a list of ideal results, which we can obtain by operating and engaging with divine love.

Likewise, The Ten Commandments are a list of symptoms that are present when we are true, when we have balance, when we access and feel the love that we are.

Perhaps the Ten Commandments are to what we aspire in the game of life for the joy of it. Perhaps this is true. Thanks for the opportunity to look. Please join me in the celebration of what is available. Life is good, rich, and spicy. ♥

Arrogance Frowns, Pride Smiles

3/7/2014

It appears that we celebrate the following quote by the famous American aphorist Mason Cooley...

"Arrogance frowns, pride smiles."
Picture"Pride is a predisposition and a precursor to arrogance." Joe Simmons

I happen to notice it on Facebook and cringed a little. You might ask, "How could a statement like that cause that reaction?"

I haven't researched what Cooley was pointing out; however, it seems that the quote or message was intended to validate pride as a nice and admirable predisposition, while implying that arrogance is not desirable. In other words, it seems like Cooley was declaring that it's not cool to be arrogant, but pride works great. I don't know. Maybe he was concurring with what I'm about to share.

The statement, in and of itself is valid, e.g. pride can elicit a smile, while arrogance can elicit a frown, albeit both can elicit a smile or a frown. First, to avoid confusion over semantics click here to review the definition of pride to which this article responds. Based on this definition; metaphysically speaking, the presumed meaning of the quote is a gross mistake.

Here's why....

Pride and arrogance are on the same side of the coin. Pride is a predisposition and precursor for arrogance to occur. Pride is a hidden ingredient of separatism. This might sound strange. Still, our acceptance and celebration of pride is a part of what makes "hate" pervasive and insidious in the human experience. It perpetuates the illusion of separation, keeping us unconscious and distracting us from remembering and realizing that we are organically One. The opposite side of the coin shines admiration, gratitude, respect, celebration and the like. Thanks for the opportunity to look and remember.  ♥

The War Hoax

3/5/2014

Veteran homelessness and poverty are symptoms of the hoaxes associated with the Corporatocrocy’s (a.k.a. the 1%) justification for war. Honorable pursuits do not end this way, generally, because divine Love inspires honorable pursuits, which result in forms of abundance and celebration. Therefore, we, including our well-intentioned soldiers and veterans are victims of the War Hoax.

There is no sane justification for war, only the opportunity to gain the resulting hardships. We know this because we cannot avoid the universal laws such as the Law of Attraction, also called Karma. What goes around comes around. This is absolute regardless of the opinions and justifications that we conjure and "buy into". Opinions, reasons, justifications, etc. do not matter. Killing is killing, hate is hate, etc. regardless of what triggers them. What we put out comes about, unavoidably. It is just a matter of time and degree that we notice it.

The question is, then, what do we want? Moreover, given the Laws of the Universe, e.g. what goes around comes around, what must we do or how must we be in order to achieve it?

There is only one sustainable way to get what we want. We must be it. This is the only way. This is what Mohandas K. Gandhi meant when he said, "Be the change you want to see in the world." ♥

We Reflect Each Other

3/4/2014

Hello Folks,

Eckhart Tolle said, "Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you."

I invite us to consider that this is absolute. The variables are the facets of the behavior we embody and the degrees to which we embody the behavior, i.e. where we exceed our personal threshold to reveal our inclination to express aspects of the behavior to which we are reacting.

The opportunity is to recognize that our reactions are symptoms of our current condition. The reaction occurs when we locate and touch an open wound. The locating is a function of the Law of Attraction, the attraction and alignment of like energies. Therefore, if I react to forms of bullying and manipulation, I am inclined or am susceptible to bully and/or to manipulate others. It's just a matter of threshold, method and extent to which I display the behavior or allow the reaction to run me. The good news is that the behavior or the reaction is a symptom that reveals a place to heal. By realizing this, we may choose to allow the reaction to take over or not.

In my case, for example, the behaviors of bullying and manipulating are often attributable to feeling unworthy or powerless, which are places to heal. Therefore, when I find myself bullying or manipulating someone, I can stop and remember that I am lovable and worthy;
Post by The Master Shift.
and I can choose to treat others lovingly and authentically. Since I want to feel loved and treated genuinely, it helps even more to remember that we are One, which reminds me, therefore, that when I hurt you I am hurting a part of myself. Likewise, when I love you I am loving a part of myself. Fundamentally, remembering the Law of Attraction; we know that what goes around comes around. Ultimately, this is how we are able to consciously create our reality.

Thank you for the opportunity to look and remember. ♥
